MBA Exec Career Management Services (CMS) is the office that provides career services for all students in the Wharton MBA Program for Executives. We provide informational resources, individual career coaching & counseling, and various strategies, tools and techniques to help students better manage their careers over their lifetime. General Career Services consist of career counseling/coaching, self-assessment tools, online research tools, workshops on career topics (including networking, resumes, interviewing, career advancement, etc.), and access to the Wharton alumni database. Job search services (for those who meet the eligibility criteria) include resume review and representation in the Wharton MBA Exec Resume Book, job search tools and resources, and workshops focused specifically on job search activities. Job Search Services also include the opportunity to participate in coordinated corporate networking events, and an On-Campus Recruiting program with companies interested in recruiting MBA Exec students.
Mary has held senior human resource roles in various financial organizations including Merrill Lynch and Bank of America (predecessor organizations - Fleet Bank and Summit Bank) and started a human resources consulting firm. Mary’s early career included accounting and senior finance positions at various financial services organizations in New Jersey, Maryland, and Colorado. She is currently a doctoral candidate in Organizational Psychology at Rutgers, earned her MBA from Wharton (Executive program), and has a BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
