The 2009 MBA CSWP Alliance Annual conference is the premier conference addressing challenges and innovations in MBA Career Services for Working Professionals, encompassing alumni from full-time MBA programs, and both students and alumni of executive and fully-employed MBA programs. The MBA CSWP brings together career development professionals from 28 top business schools interested in learning and discussing industry trends and issues impacting working professionals. MBACSWP and the 2009 annual conference is designed to:

Who We Are
Founded in 2004, the MBA Career Services for Working Professionals Alliance (MBA CSWP) is an active and growing organization for individuals in the field of MBA career services for working professionals. Our membership includes professionals from diverse EMBA, Part-Time and Alumni programs who have many years of experience, as well as some just entering this exciting and ever-changing profession. As of the fall of 2008, the alliance consists of over 45 active members representing 28 diverse programs located throughout the United States, Canada and Europe.

Sponsorship Guidelines
Sponsorship
Sponsorship does not include attendance at the conference. In the event that a sponsor has been asked to speak at the conference, and/or participate in a panel or workshop, he/she will be allowed to attend that portion of the conference only. Requests to attend other segments/days can be arranged by paying a standard conference per diem rate. There are a variety of sponsorship levels.
We will work with you to design a sponsorship package that is high impact and drives ROI.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Full payment must be received by March 23, 2009. Sponsors who cancel on or before April 13, 2009 will receive an 80% refund of the fees paid. No refunds will be made after April 13.
Company Logo Deadline
All sponsorships include your company’s logo in the conference program, as well as on the MBA CSWP website. MBA CSWP must receive your company logo via e-mail no later than March 1, 2009.

Advertisement Deadline
If you purchase advertisement space in the conference program, MBACSWP must receive your advertisement via e-mail no later than March 1, 2009.
Advertisement and Logo Specifications
Ad copy must be photo ready at 300 dpi at 100%. The ¼ page ad cannot measure more than 2.5 x 3.5 inches, the ½ page ad cannot measure more than 2.5 x 7 inches and a fullpage ad not more than 7 x 10 inches. Final copy of full page ads will be on an 8.5 x 11 inch page with vertical copy. All logos will be adjusted by size to fit uniformly on 8.5 x 11 sponsor pages.
